Domača prva pomoč proti prehladu.../ Homemade first aid against cold...

Ker sem velik pristaš domačih božičnih darilc, penina in kava pri meni ne prideta v poštev!
Letos smo poleg čokoladnega likerja, vina z gozdnimi sadeži ter domačega peciva, za božično pozornost dajali prvo pomoč proti prehladu... pa še mamina ideja je bila! Heh kdo bi si mislil :P...

Homemade first aid against cold

Potrebujemo:
  • ingver
  • limono
  • med

Ingredients

Limono olupimo in jo narežemo na manjše koščke.
Ingver olupimo ter naribamo.

Peal lemon, cut in small pieces / Peal ginger, grind it.

Dodamo med, pred zaužitjem premešamo.

Add honey and mix before consuming

Nekateri ne marajo premočnega okusa ingverja ali kislega okusa limone, zato sem ju dodala po lastnem okusu...
Naša prva pomoč proti prehladu je pripravljena, prijetno okrevanje brez kemije želim! :D

 I am a big fan of  homemade Christmas gifts, champagne and coffee is not an option for me!

This year our christmas attentions were homemade chocolate liquor, wine with forest fruits and homemade pastries, and for the first time we made first aid against cold ... and it was my mother's idea! Heh, who would have thought: P ...


We will need:
  • lemon
  • ginger
  • honey
 
Peal the lemon and slice it in to small pieces.
Peal the ginger and grind it.
Add the honey mix it before you use it.
 
Some people don't like strong taste of ginger or sour taste of lemon, so I use the amount of these two ingredients the way I like it!
I wish you fast recovery without chemistry.

Adventni venček ... / Advent wreath ...

Prav ne morem verjeti, da me letos ni povozil čas!
Letos sem končno naredila venček tudi za nas in to precej preprosto. In kar je napomembnejše, zanj nisem dala niti centa! :D
Narejen je samo in starega železnega obešalnika in starih bunkic!


Gremo na delo!
Pripravimo obešalnik in bunkice.
Iz obešalnika naredimo krog in na gosto dodajamo bunkice.
Če je na katerem mestu preveč razmaka, prilepite majhne bunkice, da zakrijete ta prostor.
Po želji dodajte  mašnico, če obešalo preveč izstopa.






Tudi ostali del vhoda je pripravljen!
Prijetno ustvarjanje!

Vino z gozdnimi sadeži.../ Homemade wine with forest fruits...

Včeraj sem prvič poskusila narediti vino z gozdnimi sadeži, ki ga nameravamo podarjati med prazniki za naše najbližje in poslovne partnerje. Moram priznati, da sem navdušena nad odličnim sladkim okusom vina z gozdnimi sadeži, aroma cimeta in klinčkov pa prav kliče k prijetnemu druženju v krogu najdražjih.

Wine with forest fruits
Potrebujemo:
  • 1 l merlota
  • 2,5 dl ruma
  • 250 g gozdnih sadežev
  • 0,5 kg sladkorja
  • 1 pomaranča
  • 1 limona
  • 1 strok vanilije ali burbonske vanilije
  • 2 palčki cimeta
  • 5 kom klinčkov


 Limono in pomarančo narežemo na kolobarje. Vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj razen rum.

Mix all engredients except rum

Ko vino zavre, ga ohladimo. Ko se ohladi primešamo rum in pustimo stati čez noč.

Add rum

Naslednji dan vino precedimo. Po želji lahko gozdne sadeže pustite v vinu ali naredite kakšno odlično pecivo.

Separate fruits from wine

Naše vino z gozdnimi sadeži je končano, želim vam prijetno sladkanje!





English version:

I love to give special presents around Christmas that I made myself.
This time I made wine with forest fruits but you can make it with other fruits if you like!
Preparation is very simple!

 Ingredients:
  • 1 l red dry wine
  • 2,5 dl rum
  • 0,5 kg sugar
  • 250 g forest fruits
  • 2 cinnamon stick
  • bourbon vanilla
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon

Cut lemon and orange and put all ingredients together except rum.

Wait until it boils and then cool it down.
Add rum and leave it over night.

Separate fruits from wine. If you like, you can leave fruits in the wine or use it for some kind of dessert.

And that's it! Fast and simple personal gift for your family, friends or business partners!

Novembrski vonj po primorski ... / November coastal scent ...

 ENGLISH VERSION AT THE BOTTOM ...


Rada imam presenečenja! Predvsem tista povezana s potovanji.
Nenadna sprememba okolja za en teden je več kot dobrodošla, še posebej če vključuje morje, barvne fasade, mini trgovinice, ozke uličice, kjer ne manjka prepleta med kamenjem in lesom, milijon oleandrov, mogočne oljke, nasadi sivk, lovorjevih listov, rožmarina, limon, mandarin, fig, mandljev, kakijev, sveža morska hrana in za dobro jutro zvok galebov. Ahhhh ja ...enosmerno vozovnico prosim ... država ni pomembna, samo, da imam to...no in nekaj penezov.

Za en teden sem Celje zamenjala za primorsko, natančneje Izolo.
Prvič v življenju sem imela meglo na morju, ampak ni pomembno...samo, da je sprememba okolja in ljudi... in vsak dan drugačna domača hrana, ki temelji na sveži zelenjavi in svežimi začimbami ...mmmmm...

Med raziskovanjem mesta, naletim na sošolca Simona. Kakšno presenečenje! Sploh nisem vedela, da živi v Izoli!
Simon dela v odlični gostilni Bujol. Poskusila sem njihovo odlično črno rižoto in sladki muškat iz vinske kleti Korenika! Govorim lahko v samih presežkih! In ambient! Kombinacija kamenja, starega pohištva in drobni primorski detajli. Spoznam še Simonovo boljšo polovico in lastnika lokala. Super ljudje!
Simon hvala za vse, če te ne bi srečala, ne bi spoznala dva odlična umetnika z unikatnimi izdelki, ne bi vedela kako noro dobra stanovanja imajo v centru, ne bi se po Izoli vozila s francozom in ne bi si ogledala vrtca, za katerega tako ne vem kako se pride do njega!

Eno dopoldne je bilo namenjeno Kopru. Kdaj sem bila tam nazadnje sploh ne vem... No če pa sem že bila tam, me pa tako ali tako ni zanimalo tisto kar me sedaj. In še vedno mi niso jasni izvozi in krožna križišča! Kjerkoli se znajdem, relacija Izola - Koper tema! Ta izvoz, tisti izvoz, krožni sem, tja...ehhhh!! Pa tudi tunel Markovec mi ni všeč! Si prikrajšan za najlepši obalni razgled!

V soboto zjutraj se je prikazal sonček in gremo na sejem. Starine ob obali, kaj še hočeš lepšega!












Počasi se bliža konec mojega primorskega pobega. Ne vem kam je šel en teden. Pa še niti Pirana nisem videla! No za letos sem zaključila s primorsko, drugo leto pa se ponovno vidimo na nenačrtovanem pobegu...

I love surprises! In particular those associated with traveling. 
Sudden change in the environment for a week is more than welcome, especially if it includes the sea, the colorful facades, mini shops, narrow streets, where you can find endless combinations between stone and wood, a million oleanders, magnificent olive trees, groves of lavender, bay leaves, rosemary, lemon , mandarin, fig, almond, persimmon, fresh seafood and for good morning the sound of seagulls. Ahhhh yeah ... one-way ticket please ... the country is not important, just that I have this ... well, and some money.
For one week I replaced Celje with Izola. For the first time in my life I had a fog at sea, but it does not matter ... just to change the environment and people.


While exploring the city, I run into a classmate Simon. What a surprise! I did not know that he lives in Izola! 
Simon works at great restaurant Bujol. I tried their excellent black risotto and sweet muscatel wine from the cellar Korenika! I can only speak in surpluses! And the ambient! The combination of stone, old furniture and small sea details. I also met Simon's better half and the owner of the restaurant. Great people! 
Simon thanks for all if I had not met you, I would not met two excellent artist with unique products, not knowing how crazy good apartments are in the center, I would not drive around Izola with a Frenchman and would not visited the kindergarten, which also I do not know how to get to it!

One morning we went to Koper. When I was there the last time I do not know ... even if I was there, I was not interested in what I am now. And still I do not get exports and roundabouts! Relation Izola - Koper blackout! These exports, those exports, circular there ... ehhhh !! As well as the tunnel Markovec I do not like! You can not see the most beautiful coastal view!

On Saturday morning, the sun appeared and we went to the fair. Antiques along the coast, what more can you ask for!

Slowly I am approaching to the end of my coastal escape. I do not know where the week went!
And I have not seen Piran! Well this year I am finished with our coast,I will se you again in the next year...
