Domači jesenski venček.../ Homemade Fall wreath...

Poleg pomladi je jesen ena izmed mojih najljubših letnih časov. Ni vroče, ni hladno, idealni čas za obisk gora, odlični pridelki, preplet toplih barv in brezplačne dekoracije, ki nam jih nameni narava....jap jesen je radodarna...


Venec je iz vej breze. Žal nimam slike, kako sem ga naredila, saj sem ga naredila par mesecev nazaj kar tako "sproti". Pri sosedih sem dobila koruzo, rože so iz starih aranžmajev, v gozdu sem dobila listje, kostanj, storže itd... Kar se tiče jute...na netu sem našla juto 130 cm za 10 €!!! Resno?! Od kdaj je juta tako draga??? Dobro, da tečnarim doma, naj vprašajo svoje prijatelje če še ima kdo to doma, saj sem res dobila vrečo jute! Yes!!
Še novi dodatki za laterno, krogla iz češnje (pokažem drugič), vresje in naš vhod je jesensko obarvan!

Beside the spring time autumn is one of my favorite seasons. It's not hot, not cold, it's the perfect time to visit the mountains, excellent products, a combination of warm colors and free decorations that is given to us by nature .... yes autumn generous ...

The wreath is made of birch branches. Unfortunately I have no pictures of how I made it, I made it a few months ago just so "promptly". I got corn from neighbors, flowers were from old and dusty arangement, in the woods I got leaves, chestnuts, pine cones, etc. ... As for burlap... on the net I found burlap 130 cm for € 10 !!! Seriously ?! Since when is burlap so expensive ??? Well thank god that I was making a scene at home and arange my parents to ask his friends if anyone has this at home and I really got a burlap bag! Yes !! 
I put new acessories to the lantern, a ball is made of  cherry wood, flowers and our entrance is autumn prepared!

Hitra orehova rulada s kislo smetano... / Walnut Roll with Sour cream...

English version at the bottom!!

Mislim, da ne poznam hitrejše in enostvanejše priprave orehove rulade. Potrebujemo skupno samo pet sestavin, pečemo samo 10 minut in poleg tega je orehova rulada primerna za osebe s celiakijo saj ne vsebuje moke. Ker orehova rulada ne vsebuje moke je lahko prebavljiva in se ne “vsede” v želodec in te ne napihne, kot se po večini rado naredi.


 


 Potrebujemo:
  •  6 jajc
  • 6 žlic sladkorja
  • 6 žlic mletih orehov
  • 6 žlic mleka
  • kisla smetana
  • čokolada za preliv po želji


 Jajca ločimo in stepemo sneg.
 Rumenjake in sladkor penasto umešamo.
 Dodamo orehe in mleko.
 Na koncu dodamo sneg, ki ga ročno umešamo.


Pripravimo pekač in peki papir.
V pekač vlijemo maso.
Postavimo v pečico in pečemo 10 minut na 180°C.


Biskvit odstranimo iz pečice in jo pustimo, da se ohladi. Biskvita NE zavijamo! Verjetno boste mislili, da je biskvit še surov, verjemite mi, da ni. Takšen mora biti na otip, rahlo lepljiv.
Pripravimo kislo smetano.


Kislo smetano razmažemo po biskvitu.
Rulado zvijemo.
Za nekaj časa jo postavimo v hladilnik.



Naša orehova rulada s kislo smetano je pripravljena!

English version:


I have never made such an easy Roll. You only need  four ingredients plus sour cream for filling. You only bake it for 10 minutes! This walnut Roll is also gluten free because you do not need flour to prepare it! What more can you ask for!?
 The taste is just amazing! 

We will need:
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • sour cream
  • chocolate sauce, if desired

Separate the eggs and whip the snow. 
Egg yolks and sugar foam mixing. 
Add the nuts and milk. 
Finally, add the snow by hand mixing. 

Prepare a baking sheet and baking paper. 
In the baking dish pour mass. 
Put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.

Remove biscuit from the oven and allow to cool down. DO NOT wrap the biscuit! You will probably think that the cake still raw, believe me, it is not. It should feel slightly sticky.

Moje prve cheesecake rezine... / My first Cheesecake!

 Kot izredno velik ljubitelj skutinega peciva, sem že velikokrat bila razočarana nad ponudbo cheesecake peciva pri nas. Se je že tudi vam zgodilo, da ste drago plačali cheesecake in na koncu je imel okus samo po smetani? Meni že parkrat! Sedaj prisegam samo na domače! Ob tem receptu ste lahko brez skrbi, saj ponuja polni božanski okus skute in še brez biskvita je! Kaj je še lahko lepšega!

Cheesecake rezine

  Potrebujemo:
  • 4 jajca + 2 jajci za preliv
  • 10 žlic sladkorja
  • 1 limono (samo lupino)
  • malo soli
  • 1 kg skute
  • 4 navadni jogurti
  • 10 žlic olja
  • malo ruma
  • 14 žlic moke
  • 2 vanili sladkorja
  • 2 pecila praška
  • 1 velika kisla smetana
  • 1 sladka smetana
  • dodatek suhega sadja po želji

 Najprej nastrgamo limonino lupinico.
 Pripravimo 4 jajca, sladkor, vanilin sladkor, malo soli in limonino lupinico.
 Vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj.


Pripravimo moko, skuto, pecilni prašek, jogurte, olje in rum. Vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj.
Pekač premažemo z oljem, samo dno, robov ni potrebno.
Maso vlijemo v pekač. Pomembno je imeti veliki pekač, saj v pečici masa naraste za 1x več.
Pekač položimo v pečico za 10-15 minut na 200°C.


 Pripravimo jajci, kislo smetano in sladko smetano.
 Vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj.
 Po 10-15 minutah se na masi naredi debelejši sloj.
 Prelijemo z prelivom.


 Ponovno damo v pečico in pečemo okoli 30 minut. Pustimo, da se ohladi.


 Prijetno sladkanje želim! :)

I made my first Cheesecake. The procedure is very simple and fast. Most of the time I was disapointed at our selection and the taste of Cheesecakes here! I paid a lot of money for Cheesecake and you could only taste cream but no cheese! And from now on I will make my own Cheesecake! The taste is just amazing and you know exactly what you are eating! 

 You will need:
  • 4 eggs + 2 egg for dressing
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 lemon (zest only)
  • little bit of salt 
  • 1 kg of cottage cheese
  • 4 plain yogurts
  • 10 tablespoons of oil
  • a little bit of rum
  • 14 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 vanilla sugar
  • 2 baking powder
  • 1 large sour cream
  • 1 sweet cream
  • add dried fruit if you wish
First, grate lemon peel.
Prepare 4 eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, a little salt, and lemon peel.
Mix all ingredients together.



Prepare flour, cheese, baking powder, yogurt, oil and rum. All ingredients are mixed together. 
Coat a baking sheet with oil, only the bottom, edges are not necessary. 
Pour into the pan. It is important to have a large baking pan, as in the oven mass increases by 1x more. 
Place the baking tray in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 ° C.

Prepare the eggs, sour cream and cream.
All ingredients are mixed together.
After 10-15 minutes, the cheesecake makes the thicker layer.
Pour the sauce.


Once again place the cheesecake in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool.

Enostavne Raffaello kroglice malo drugače... / Simple and fast Raffaello (coconut) balls...

Zakaj Raffaello kroglice malo drugače? Zato, ker se med pripravljanjem spomniš, da ne bi bilo slabo poizkusiti kroglice povaljane v mlete mandlje. Ja, tudi med pripravo Raffaello kroglic se sproti rojevajo nove ideje!



 Potrebujemo:
  • 300 g bele čokolade
  • 200 g kokosove moke
  • 80 g kokosovega olja
  • 200 ml sladke smetane
  • mandlji

Kokosovo olje najprej stopimo nad vodno paro.
Ko se stopi dodamo belo čokolado.
Mešamo, dokler se čokolada ne stopi.


Pripravimo si posodo, kokosovo moko in smetano.
Obe sestavini zmešamo skupaj.
Prilijemo stopljeno čokolado.
Vse zmešamo in postavimo v hladilnik. Kroglice se najlepše oblikujejo, če je masa trda.


Pripravimo si maso, kokosovo moko, mandlje in pladenj.
Med maso vstavimo mandelj.
Povaljamo v kokosovi moki. Med ustvarjanjem sem dobila idejo, da bi za kroglice uporabila mandljevo moko, zato jih po želji povaljajte še v tej. Tako, da sedaj imam dve različici Raffaello kroglic.


 Kroglice postavimo nazaj v hladilnik. Obvezno serviramo hladne.

Grad Veliki tabor in Kumrovec.../ Castle Big tabor and Kumrovec...

Spet obujam spomine in delim ideje za izlete.
Grad Veliki tabor in Kumrovec sta bila dva različna izleta. Glede na medsebojno oddaljenost si lahko seveda ogledate v enem dnevu.

Grad Veliki tabor se nahaja v kraju Desinič, takoj za slovensko mejo. Odšli smo čez mejni prehod Imeno in za grad so povsod usmerjevalne table. Vstopnina znaša 20 kun (2,60€), za otroke enkrat manj.
Grad je odlično obnovljen, saj je bil v izredno slabem stanju, žal pa takrat še v celoti ni bil odprt. Razstavni eksponati so moderno in lično urejeni, je pa res, da jih je bolj malo.
Na gradu boste veliko brali tudi o Celjskih grofih, saj je bil ta dvorec v njihovi lasti in o znameniti Veroniki Deseniški, tako, da sem še tukaj imela celjsko zgodovino. In najpomembnejše, fotografiranje ni prepovedano!
Ravno v tistem času je bila tudi možnost, da se preizkusiš v streljanju z lokom in seveda tega ne smem izpustiti!
Še hiter ogled okolice in ravno ko sem se vračala v avto, sta se pripeljala dva avtobusa celjanov. Odličen izogib gužve!





















Če ste že ravno v Desiniču, vam priporočam, da se malo naprej zapeljete do Grešne gorice! Tukaj slovi kmečki turizem, ki ga žal nismo obiskali, zgrešiti ga pa ne morete, saj imate takoj za glavno cesto tablo in urejeno mini palčkovo deželo in mini replike znamenitosti iz okoliških krajev.
In še nasvet! Ne trudite se obiskati dvorca Miljana, ker je v privatni lasti!

Everyone wants to return to nature but no one wants to walk.

In že se preusmerimo proti Kumrovcu. Takrat smo šli čez mejni prehod Hum na Sutli in prav tako ste tam kmalu za mejo.
Cena za muzej Staro selo je 3 €, za otroke 1,50€. Glede na velikost in odlično urejene notranjosti in zunanjosti hiš je cena vstopnice smešno nizka! Stare obrti in običaji so res odlično prikazani in okolica urejena do potankosti.
Brez ene pripombe!
Izredno poučen in zgodovinsko obarvan izlet!

Once again I am sharing memories and ideas for roadtrip.The castle Veliki Tabor and Kumrovec were two different trips. Depending on their distance you can see everything in one day.The castle Veliki Tabor is located in Desinić right after the Slovenian border. We went through the border crossing Imeno and there are everywhere routing table for the Castle. The entrance fee is 20 kun (€ 2.60) for children falf the price.The castle is beautifully restored as it was in extremely bad condition, unfortunately, at that time was  not the whole Castle open for visitors. Exhibits are modern and nicely decorated.At the castle you will read a lot of the Counts of Celje, as this mansion was also their property and you will read about the famous Veronika. It was nice to read all the history in Croatia about my home town in Slovenia (Celje). And most importantly, taking photos is not forbidden!  
Just at that time there was also the possibility to try archery and of course I had to try it and I loved it! 
A quick tour of the surroundings and just when I returned to the car two buses came from Celje. We just avoided the crowd! Excellen!

If you are already in Desenič, I recommend that you drive a little further to the Sinful Hills! Here is famous Farmhouse turism, which unfortunately we have not visited and you cannot miss it because you can immediately see by the main road sign and tidy mini elf land and mini replicas of sights from the surrounding towns. 
And another tip! Do not bother to visit the castle Miljana because it is private property now!


And already we are headed towards Kumrovec. we cross the border at Hum na Sutli and Kumrovec is not far away. 
Price for a museum Staro Selo is € 3 for children € 1.50. Depending on the size and beautifully decorated interior and exterior of houses, and the birthplace of one of the most important people, the ticket price is ridiculously low! Old crafts and traditions are really great shown and surroundings is decorated to perfection. 
Without a single negative comment!
