Joj Audrey....Če bi vedela, da bom tako dolgo čakala na ta zajtrk bi ga raje prespala!
Ta naša Audrey je nastajala malo manj kot en mesec...Iz enega problema je nastal drug itd...No rezultat je pa za prave fashioniste in Audrey ljubitelje...
Po priporočilu prodajalke sem vzela že namešano rdečo barvo, seveda prekleto drago plačala in sicer od slovenske firme...no, nikoli več!
Prvi problem je bil sigurno ta, da sem na lepo sončno popoldne barvala in očitno so se vse leteče žuželke iz Celja in okolice ravno tisti dan našle pri nas doma za hišo. Lahko si mislite kako zgleda 1000 črnih še migajočih žuželk na sveži rdeči barvi ne!?
In barva sušeča par dni...
Počasi se spravim na predalnike. Odločila sem se, da bom zamenjala ročaje in sicer za enojne. Kupim nove ročaje in glej ga zlomka prekratki vijaki, gremo nazaj v trgovino...
Ker sem se odločila, da tokrat na predalnikih ne bom imela žuželk, sem barvala v garaži.
Po parih urah odidem pogledat kako se suši in me čaka novo presenečeje. Tisti dan je namreč nenormalno pihal veter in se je ves prah prijel na barvo! In gremo ponovno vse na novo...
Par dni kasneje pobarvam ročaje in namestim našo Audrey...
In končno sem zaključila s predalnikom. Priznam, da sem norela zaradi tega, ampak smo očitno na pravi poti, če ne ne bi bilo toliko ovir...
Audrey dolžna si mi ne samo zajtrk ampak tudi kosilo in večerjo pri Tiffany-ju.
In ne spreglejte se druge prenovljene izdelke na Babičina skrinja!

Audrey.... If I knew that I would waited so long for this breakfast I would prefer to sleep!
I finished our Audrey a little less than in one month ... From one problem came another, etc ... But the result is for fashionistas and real Audrey lovers.
Following the recommendation of a saler I took already mixed red, of course, damn expensive and from Slovenian company ... never again!
The first problem: It was on a nice sunny afternoon and apparently all flying insects from Celje and the surrounding area had to meet behind our house. You can imagine how it looks 1000 black and still wiggling insects on fresh red paint !?
And the paint was drying for a few days ...
Next on the list were the drawers. I decided that I would replace the handles, namely for one hole. I bought new handles and the screws were too short and I had to go back to the store ...
I decided that this time I will not have any insects, I painted in the garage.
After a few hours I went to see how is the paint drying and a new suprise. That day was abnormal windy and the dust sticked to the color! And we go again...
Couple days later I colored handles and put on our Audrey ...
And finally I finished with project. I admit that I was going crazy because of this, but we are clearly on the right track, if not there would be so many obstacles ...
Audrey you owe me not only breakfast but also lunch and dinner at Tiffany's.
And do not forget other renovated products on Grandmas chest!

Po priporočilu prodajalke sem vzela že namešano rdečo barvo, seveda prekleto drago plačala in sicer od slovenske firme...no, nikoli več!
