Skutino limetina krema.../ Curd-lime cream...

Pri nas se vedno nekaj dogaja! Če se ne brusi, barva, lepi, dela dekoracije, se pa ustvarjajo dodatne kalorije!
In če odštejem vse probleme pri tej enostavni sladici, ki bi dejansko morala biti torta, je v vsakem primeru izpadlo odlično!

Skutino-limetina krema / Curd-lime cream

Za drobljenec potrebujemo (ta del lahko tudi izpustite in naredite samo kremo):
  • 200 g albert keksov
  • 70 g margarine

Za kremo potrebujemo:
  •  500 g skute
  • 100 g sladkorja v prahu (lahko tudi manj ali celo brez če imate radi kislo)
  • 2 lista želatine
  • 2 limeti 

Sestavine / Ingredients

Najprej pripravimo drobljenec...

Crumble

Skuto in polovico sladkorja zmešamo z mešalnikom, dodamo limetino lupinico.
Limetin sok in liste želatine stopimo nad rahlim ognjem, da se želatina razpusti.
Skupaj zmešamo in dodamo preostalo polovico sladkorja.

Postopek / Procedure

 Pripravimo kozarce ( 5 nizkih) in dodajamo po slojih.

Postavimo v hladilnik za kakšno uro ali dve in imamo odlično osvežilno poletno sladico!
Na sliki, kjer so sestavine lahko opazite tudi smetano. Glede na to, da se mi je prva skisala, sem odšla po drugo in se mi je prav tako tista skisala, sem enostavno obupala in naredila kar light verzijo...

ENGLISH VERSION:

There's always something happening in our house! If I do not grind, paint or making new decorations, I create extra calories! 
And if I forget on a few difficulties with this simple dessert it turned out really great!

 For crumble (You do not need this part and do only the cream):
  • 200 g biscuits albert
  • 70g margarine 
 For cream we need:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese 
  • 100 g of powdered sugar (can be less or even free if you like sour)
  • 2 leaves of gelatine
  • 2 lime
First we make crumble...

We mix with mixer cottage cheese and half of the sugar, add the lime zest. 
We put lime juice and gelatine leaves on a heater on low so that gelatine can dissolve. 
Mix everything together and add the rest of the sugar.

Prepare 5 small glasses...

Place in the fridge for an hour or two and then we have an excellent refreshing summer dessert! 
In the picture, where are the ingredients you may notice the cream. First cream became sour so I went and bought another one and also the second one became sour. I then just simply gave up and did the light version of the cream...
