Moje prve cheesecake rezine... / My first Cheesecake!

 Kot izredno velik ljubitelj skutinega peciva, sem že velikokrat bila razočarana nad ponudbo cheesecake peciva pri nas. Se je že tudi vam zgodilo, da ste drago plačali cheesecake in na koncu je imel okus samo po smetani? Meni že parkrat! Sedaj prisegam samo na domače! Ob tem receptu ste lahko brez skrbi, saj ponuja polni božanski okus skute in še brez biskvita je! Kaj je še lahko lepšega!

Cheesecake rezine

  Potrebujemo:
  • 4 jajca + 2 jajci za preliv
  • 10 žlic sladkorja
  • 1 limono (samo lupino)
  • malo soli
  • 1 kg skute
  • 4 navadni jogurti
  • 10 žlic olja
  • malo ruma
  • 14 žlic moke
  • 2 vanili sladkorja
  • 2 pecila praška
  • 1 velika kisla smetana
  • 1 sladka smetana
  • dodatek suhega sadja po želji

 Najprej nastrgamo limonino lupinico.
 Pripravimo 4 jajca, sladkor, vanilin sladkor, malo soli in limonino lupinico.
 Vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj.


Pripravimo moko, skuto, pecilni prašek, jogurte, olje in rum. Vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj.
Pekač premažemo z oljem, samo dno, robov ni potrebno.
Maso vlijemo v pekač. Pomembno je imeti veliki pekač, saj v pečici masa naraste za 1x več.
Pekač položimo v pečico za 10-15 minut na 200°C.


 Pripravimo jajci, kislo smetano in sladko smetano.
 Vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj.
 Po 10-15 minutah se na masi naredi debelejši sloj.
 Prelijemo z prelivom.


 Ponovno damo v pečico in pečemo okoli 30 minut. Pustimo, da se ohladi.

I made my first Cheesecake. The procedure is very simple and fast. Most of the time I was disapointed at our selection and the taste of Cheesecakes here! I paid a lot of money for Cheesecake and you could only taste cream but no cheese! And from now on I will make my own Cheesecake! The taste is just amazing and you know exactly what you are eating! 

 You will need:
  • 4 eggs + 2 egg for dressing
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 lemon (zest only)
  • little bit of salt 
  • 1 kg of cottage cheese
  • 4 plain yogurts
  • 10 tablespoons of oil
  • a little bit of rum
  • 14 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 vanilla sugar
  • 2 baking powder
  • 1 large sour cream
  • 1 sweet cream
  • add dried fruit if you wish
First, grate lemon peel.
Prepare 4 eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, a little salt, and lemon peel.
Mix all ingredients together.



Prepare flour, cheese, baking powder, yogurt, oil and rum. All ingredients are mixed together. 
Coat a baking sheet with oil, only the bottom, edges are not necessary. 
Pour into the pan. It is important to have a large baking pan, as in the oven mass increases by 1x more. 
Place the baking tray in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 ° C.

Prepare the eggs, sour cream and cream.
All ingredients are mixed together.
After 10-15 minutes, the cheesecake makes the thicker layer.
Pour the sauce.


Once again place the cheesecake in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
