Moja prva prekmurska gibanica.../ My first Prekmurje gibanica...

Spomnim se časov, ko sem še delala v Laškem v hotelu Hum, ki je slovel po svojih sladicah in ena izmed njih je bila zagotovo gibanica. Takrat je zajeten konec gibanice stal 500 tolarjev (2 €).
Od takrat je tudi gibanica ena izmed mojih najljubših sladic! In končno sem se je lotila tudi sama...

Vse sestavine, ki jih bomo potrebovali:

1. Makov nadev:
  • 20 dag maka
  • 5 dag sladkorja
  • 1 dcl mleka
  • 1 vanilijev sladkor 
Z toplim mlekom poparimo mak in vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj...

Poppy stuffing

 2. Skutin nadev:
  • 50 dag skute
  • 1 jajca
  • 1 dcl kisle smetane
  • 1 žlica sladkorja
 Vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj...

Curd stuffing

 3. Orehov nadev:
  • 20 dag mletih orehov
  • 5 dag sladkorja
  • 1 vanilijev sladkor
  • 1 dcl mleka
  • malo cimeta
Z toplim mlekom poparimo orehe in vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj...

Walnut stuffing

4. Jabolčni nadev:
  • 0,5 kg jabolk
  • 5 dag sladkorja
  • malo cimeta
Jabolka olupimo in naribamo, ter vse sestavine primešamo skupaj...

Apple stuffing
Pekač namažemo z oljem in vanj položimo polovico listnatega testa in ponovno namažemo z oljem...

Pastry + oil

Najprej položimo polovico makovega nadeva, nato listnato testo + olje, nato polovico skutinega nadeva, testo + olje, polovico orehovega nadeva, testo + olje, polovico jabolčnega nadeva, testo + olje. Nato še enkrat ponovimo v istem zaporedju s preostalimi nadevi.

Ko končamo, na koncu pokrijemo z listnatim testom in prelijemo s kislo smetano in jajcem...

The last pastry with sour cream+egg

Pečemo uro in pol na 180°C. Med pečenjem pokrijemo s folijo...

In moja prva gibanica je končana! Njami noro dobra!! Baje moram omeniti, da je mami olupila in naribala jabolka, ter zmlela orehe....









ENGLISH VERSION:

1. Poppy seed filling:
  • 20 dag poppy
  •  5 g sugar
  • 1 oz of milk
  • 1 vanilla sugar
Pour hot milk and  mix all ingredients together ...
2. Cottage cheese filling:
  • 50 dag cottage cheese     
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dl sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
Mix all ingredients together ...


3. Walnut filling:
  • 20 dag ground walnuts 
  •  5 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 oz of milk
  • a little cinnamon
Pour hot milk and mix all ingredients together ...
4. Apple filling:
  •  0.5 kg of apples      
  • 5 g sugar
  • a little cinnamon
Peel and grate the apples and mix all ingredients together ...
Brush a baking tray with oil and place it half puff pastry and re-oil the surface ...
First place half of the poppy seed filling, then puff pastry + oil, then half of the cottage cheese filling, dough and oil, half of the walnut filling, dough and oil, half of the apple filling, dough and oil. Then repeat again in the same sequence with the reast of the fillings.

 Bake for an hour and a half at 180 ° C. During the baking, cover the gibanica with foil ...
