Tiramisu z biskvitom... / Tiramisu with biscuit....

Ravno zadnjič sem se sprehajala z mami po Lidlu in na oddelku njihovih slaščic zagledam tiramisu, katerega obožujem in je ena izmed mojih najljubših sladic. Ker bi seveda bil greh da ga kupim, sem v roke vzela našo staro knjigo z recepti in naredila tiramisu, katerega ne delamo z klasičnimi baby keksi, ampak z biskvitom. Gremo na delo :D ...


Potrebujemo:

Biskvit:
  • 4 cela jajca
  • 4 žlice vode
  • 4 žlice sladkorja
  • 4 žlice moke
  • pol pecilnega praška
  • 3 dcl nesladkane črne kave
  • 1 žlica kakava + posip na koncu

 Krema:
  • 3 sladke smetane (200 ml)
  • 3 mascapone (250 g)
  • 4 rumenjaki
  • 20 dag sladkorja

Pripravimo sestavine za biskvit.


Jajca ločimo.


Stepemo sneg.


Rumenjake, sladkor in vodo zmešamo skupaj.


Moko, kakav in pecilni presejemo.


Suhe sestavine ročno primešamo.


Ročno primešamo sneg.


Vlijemo v namaščen pekač (39 x 25 cm), pečemo na 160°C, 15 - 20 minut.


Skuhamo nesladkano kavo in jo precedimo.


Kavo polijemo po toplem biskvitu.


 Pripravimo sestavine za kremo.


Smetano čvrsto stepemo in dodamo preostale sestavine.


Krema je zelo mehka, kdor ima raje bolj čvrsto in kopaktno, dodajte 2 kremfixa... Nam ga je zmanjkalo, zato smo samo molili boga, da bo krema stala ;) ...

 
Kremo vlijemo na biskvit.


Posujemo s kakavom. Tiramisu naj počiva čez noč...groza a ne?

Najboljši krhki keksi.../ The best soft cookies...

Spomnim se, da sem prvič delala kekse pred 15 leti in potem 15 let nič... Takrat so se mi tako zamerili, saj sem vložila veliko truda in so bili nato trdi kot kamen in jih seveda ni želel nihče jesti in takrat sem opravila s keksi. Letos so me pa ponovno zamikali, da jih poskusim...

Do tega recepta sem pa prišla čisto preprosto. Sem izredno velika ljubiteljica orehov in ker nimam modelčkov za orehe, sem preprosto rekla, da bom pa kar poskusila narediti navadne kekse in seveda je uspelo!!

Ti keksi so vrhunski! Zelo zelo zelo krhki in v ustih se kar stopijo! Mmmm moj recept številka ena za kekse, za katere vem, da bodo vedno uspeli in bo skleda takoj prazna!


Potrebujemo:
  • 320g mehke moke 
  • 50g sladkorja v prahu
  • 120g orehov 
  • 250g masla 
  • 20 g čokolade v prahu

Vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj.


 Postavimo v hladilnik za 1 uro.


Pomokamo površino in testo razvaljamo.


Izberemo poljubne modelčke, pripravimo peki papir in pečemo na 180°C 15 minut (bolj tanke pečemo manj).


 Če si fejst smotan, ti en pladenj sveže pečenih keksov pade po tleh...


 Kekse namažemo z marmelado, nutelo ali s kakšnimi vašimi posebnimi kremami :)

I remember the first time I baked cookies, that was 15 years ago and then not a single cookie for 15 years ... Then they resented me so much, because I invested a lot of effort and the cookies were hard as a stone and of course no one wanted to eat them.I came to this recipe quite simply. I am an extremely big wallnuts fan (a sort of cookies in Slovenia), and because I don't have walnut models, I simply said that I would try to make regular cookies and it worked!!These cookies are top quality! They are soft and they disolve in the mouth! Mmmm this is my recipe number one for the cookies, which I know will always be successful and the bowl will be empty immediately!
We will need:

   
- 320g soft flour
   
- 50g of powdered sugar
   
- 120g of walnuts
   
- 250g butter
   
- 20 g of powdered chocolateMix all ingredients together.Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.Use flour and roll the dough.Choose any patterns, prepare baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.If you are clumsy, you can drop freshly baked cookies on the floor ...Fill with marmelade, Nutella or some of your special icing :)

Čokoladno - pomarančne rezine brez peke... / Chocolate - orange dessert (no baking)...

Evo mene nazaj med živimi :D ...
Julija in avgusta sem bila res na polno obremenjena, kam je šlo poletje itak ne vem, kam je šel september tudi ne, no počasi pa bo že konec oktobra...groza!
Seveda nisem tukaj, da jamram, ampak da delim en simpl recept :)

Recept sem zasledila na blogu Bakina kuhinja in ker smo še imeli ene kore za porabiti iz Srbije, je bil recept kot naročen, da ga preizkusim, če je res tako dober kot izgleda :) .


Za rezine potrebujemo:
  •  1x kore (8 kom) lahko se naročijo TUKAJ
Čokoladna krema:
  • 1 l mleka
  • 100 g Rame
  • 3 čokoladne pudinge
  • 7 žlic sladkorja
  • 1 žlica gustina
Pomarančna krema:
  • 1 l pomarančnega soka (sveži ali kupljen)
  • 50 g Rame
  •  3 vanilijeve pudinge
  • 7 žlic sladkorja
  • 1 žlica gustina 
Preliv:
  • 100 g čokolade za kuhanje
  • 100 g Rame 


Pripravimo sestavine za čokoladno kremo.


 Zmešamo 3 dcl mleka, puding, sladkor in gustin.


Preostalemu mleku dodamo maslo. Pudinga še ne skuhamo!!


Pripravimo sestavine za pomarančno kremo.


Pomaranče stisnemo. Če imamo kupljen sok, ta korak preskočimo.


Pripravimo 3 dcl soka, puding, sladkor, gustin in zmešamo.


K preostalemu soku dodamo maslo.


Sedaj so naši nadevi pripravljeni na zadnjo fazo :)


Pudinge vmešamo v vroče mleko / sok in konstantno mešamo.


Pripravimo kore in nadeve.


Začnemo s pomarančnim nadevom oz. po želji :) .




Zadnje kore ne mažemo. Pecivo obtežimo in postavimo v hladilnik za par ur.


Pripravimo sestavine za preliv.


Stopimo nad vodno paro.


Polijemo po kori.


Postavimo v hladilnik.
Rezine so osvežilne in nam so zelo prijale na jutranjem hribolazenju na Hum v Laškem, če odštejem tiste, katere je Monika prevrgla po tleh :)

Hello I am back from the dead :D ...In July and August, I was really fully ocupied, I have no idea when the summer was over, I do not even know where September went and now is already the end of October ... horror!Of course, we are not here to moan but to share one simple recipe :)I found the recipe on blog Bakina tajna and since we still had one "kore" to spend which we got from Serbia, was the recipe perfect to try if this dessert is as good as it looks :).
We will need:

     
1x kore (8 pcs) Chocolate cream:

   
- 1 l of milk
   
- 100 g butter
   
- 3 chocolate puddings
   
- 7 tablespoons of sugar
   
- 1 tablespoon of starchOrange cream:

   
- 1 l of orange juice (fresh or purchased)
   
- 50 g butter
   
- 3 vanilla pudding
   
- 7 tablespoons of sugar
   
- 1 tablespoon of starchDressing:

    
100 g of chocolate for cooking
    
100 g butterPrepare ingredients for chocolate cream.Mix 3 dcl of milk, pudding, sugar and starch.Add the butter to the remaining milk. Do not cook the pudding yet!!Prepare ingredients for orange cream.We squeeze oranges. If you bought juice, skip this step.Prepare 3 dcl juice, pudding, sugar, starch and mix.Add the butter to the remaining juice.Now our cream is ready for the last phase :)Puddings are mixed in hot milk / juice and constantly stirred.Prepare the kore and the hoods.We start with orange filling or chocolate, it's your decision.
We do not spread the filling onto the last kore.  

Weight the dessert and place them in the fridge for several hours.Prepare the ingredients for the dressing.Melt the ingredients over the waterbath.Pour the chocolate over the kore. Put it in the fridge to cool it down.
