Pito sem jedla drugič. Prvič je nastala brez moje pomoči, vendar sem bila tako navdušena nad njo, da sem se odločila, da tokrat zraven pomagam. Seveda brez fotoaparata ne gre!
Za pito potrebujemo:
Hitra sirova pita / Fast cheese pie |
Za pito potrebujemo:
- vlečeno testo
- 500 g skute
- kislo smetano (majhen lonček)
- 4 jajca (+1 za preliv)
- 1 pecilni prašek
- 2 dcl radenske
Sestavine (Hofer) / Ingredients |
Rumenjake in beljake ločimo. Skupaj zmešamo rumenjake, skuto, kislo smetano, 1 dcl radenske, pecilni prašek in malo soli.
Pekač namažemo z oljem in položimo prvi list listnatega testa.
Listnato testo raztrgamo na manjše (ali večje ni važno) kose.
Kose testa namakamo v zmes in položimo v pekač.
Po vrhu pokrijemo z listnatim testom, ter premažemo (1 jajca+ malo olja+ 1 dcl radenske).
Pekač damo v pečico (200°C) in pečemo približno pol urce.
Ko je pečeno, pito pokrijemo z mokro krpo.
Ekola, hitra in enostavna sirova pita! Aja in dobra tudi!! Sama bi še dodala brokoli ali lososa ali svežo špinačo, a kaj ko ne marajo vsi v hiši takih zadev! Pa dober tek!!
ENGLISH VERSION:
For pie we need:
- dough
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- sour cream (small cup)
- 4 eggs (+1 for dressing)
- 1 baking powder
- 2 ounces of mineral water
Add the egg whites and mix all together.
Brush a baking tray with oil and place the first sheet of puff pastry.
Tear pastry into smaller (or larger doesn't matter) pieces.
Soak the pieces of dough in the mixture and place in a baking dish.
Cover the top with pastry and spread it with mixture of 1 egg + a little oil + 1 dl of mineral water.
Place baking dish in the oven (200 ° C) and bake for about half an hour.
When it's baked, cover the pie with a wet cloth.
And here you have quick and easy cheese pie! Oh, and also good !! I would have added broccoli or salmon or fresh spinach, but someone doesn't like this kind of things in our house!
