Končno sem tudi naredila piling za telo, katerega se že spravljam narediti od lani ...jap dolgo je trajalo :)
Potrebovala sem samo tri sestavine, ki jih verjetno že imate doma in je narejen v treh minutah.
Danes sem piling uporabila prvič in moram reči, da mi je izredno všeč!
Koža je lepo gladka, brez odmrlih kožnih celic in navlažena!
Za eterično olje sem uporabila kar cimet, ker ga obožujem (in ne, ne dišim kot božični piškotek :P), večina pa uporablja limono, pomarančo ali sivko, kar v bistvu ni slabo, ker komarji sovražijo te vonje, tako, da še en velik plus :) ...
In seveda je domač piling super ideja za darilca, predvsem za tiste, ki cenijo lasten trud...
Potrebujemo:
Vse sestavine zmešamo skupaj in damo v stekleno embalažo.
Naš piling ali darilce je končano! Uporabljamo ga maximalno 2x na teden!
Prijetno drgnjenje želim!

Finally, I made body scrub, which it was on my to do list from last year...yes it took me very long :) You will only need three ingredients and you probably already have this ingredients at home and it is made in three minutes.
Today I used the scrub for the first time and I must say that I love it! The skin is beautifully smooth and moisturized! For essential oil I used cinnamon, because I love the smell (and no, I do not smell like Christmas cookie), but most people apply lemon, orange or lavender, which is not really bad, because mosquitoes hate the smell, so another a big plus :) ...
And of course, homemade scrub is a great idea for gifts, especially for those who value their own efforts instead of Milka chocolate ... :)
You will need:

| Homemade cinnamon body scrub |
Potrebujemo:
- 1 kozarec (2 dcl) sladkorja (bel ali rjav)
- pol kozarca (1 dcl) olivnega olja (ali kokosovega, riževega, mandljevega itd...)
- 10 kapljic eteričnega olja cimeta (ali olje po želji)

You will need:
- 1 cup of sugar (white or brown)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (or coconut, almond, rice oil,...)
- 10 drops of cinnamon esential oil
Mix everything together and our doy scrub in made!
